It's easy to find your way around the myappliances.net website. Just click on the Go Shopping link on the navigation bar to see the departments available. Or use the Department links on the left hand panel to go directly to a particular section of the website.
If you are lost in the website just click on the Home page button, this will take you out of the store and back to the starting page. You can access the Home page from anywhere on the site.
The website has a shopping basket facility that works just like a shopping basket in a supermarket. If you click on the 'Add to Basket' button, next to a particular product, the item will be placed in your basket. You will see confirmation that you have placed the item in your basket and then be taken back to the product you've just selected.
You can recheck the contents of your basket at anytime, by clicking on the 'View Basket' button in the top right hand corner of any page. You should see a new page listing the contents of you basket, from where you can change the quantity, remove an item or check out.
To place your order click on the Check Out button on the top right hand corner of any page on the site. You will automatically be redirected to a secure area of the website. From here you are required to read and accept myappliances.net's terms and conditions, complete your shipment details and payment method.
On completing your order you will see a receipt screen confirming it. You should print this out and keep it safe for future reference. Providing you have submitted your email address correctly, you will also receive an email confirming your order.
If you decide to change or cancel your order after you have placed it, please call immediately on 0870 803 0497 and we will make the necessary changes.
You can feel confident that your details are secure while transmitted over the Internet to myappliances.net.
The myappliances.net payment process is encrypted using 128 bit SSL encryption systems. When you are ready to add your card details a padlock symbol will appear in the bottom right hand corner of your web browser. This indicates that the encryption process is working. If for any reason you do not see the padlock do not proceed with the order and contact Bonne Affaire.
We accept payment by Switch, Maestro, Master Card and Visa payment methods.
You can choose to transmit these details with your order or via fax or phone service after completing your order online. myappliances.net will not process any order until it has received full and accurate payment details.
Please note we do not offer any customers credit payment terms.
