Sure Clean
Wash plus system
The wash plus system brings the equivalent of an A-class wash performance to a wider range of temperatures than ever before. Unlike most washing machines on the market, Bosch machines now deliver the equivalent of an A-class performance not only at 60oC but at 40oC and 90oC as well.
Freshen Up
This handy feature gives clothing the lightest of washes without using any detergent – particularly useful for freshening up stored clothes or eliminating the smell of cigarette smoke from lightly worn clothes. It cuts down on th ewear and tear of clothes, takes only 20 minutes and reduces energy use.
3D AquaSpa wash system
A wash and shower system for optimum washing results. Water enteres the drum from three sides for quick and effective distribution. During the cycle specially designed paddles scoop up the water gently bathing the wash load, ensuring gentle washing and optimum usage of the water in the drum.
Cold Fill
Your machine will take in cold water and heat up just what it needs. These days most programmes are 40oC and detergents are now designed to start working at lower temperatures. Machines which work with ready-heated water actually miss out on some of the cleaning process due to this change in detergent design. Cold fill saves energy while delivering first-class performance.
A+ energy efficiency
All the Bosch washing machines except two have an A+ energy rating, meaning they use over 10% less energy than other A-rated products.
Free time
Express Wash system
Clthes tend to be less soiled nowadays, the Express Wash system reduces wash programme times by 30-40%, ideal for medium/lightly soiled clothes. For example, the Easycare 40oC programme is just 47 minutes.
Remaining time indicator
This lets you know when your laundry will be ready by showing the remaining time in minutes.
Easy day
Large drum gives A-rated performance for 6kg loads
All our 60cm washing machines, including classixx, offer 6kg capacity with A rated wash performance. The result is that you can wash more clothes in one load with the confidence of A rated performance and save both time and money. Until now, the majority of washing machines offered a drum volume of between 42 and 48 litres. The Bosch drum, however, has a volume of 53 litres, making loading and unloading easier and reducing creasing to a minimum.
Porthole door
Bosch’s porthole door is more generous than most other washing machine doors making it much easier for you to load and unload bulky items like quilt covers and towels without excessive creasing. And because the door has an opening angle of 180o, it opens flat against the machine, so it’s never in the way.
Complete fabricare
Handwash wool
An exceptionally gentle woollens handwash programme, which runs at only 27rpm (usal speed 50rpm) with a soft wah actin and special spin phase that ensures that everything stays in good shape.
15 programme options
15 carefully designed “Clothes Care” programmes and a wide choice of options deliver complete fabricare whatever the wash.
Silk handwash
An especially caring programme with gentle wash action. Intermediate spinning in the rinse cycle is omitted. A gentle final spin at 600 rpm completes this delicate programme.
Rinse plus
When selected the machine will perform an additional rinse cycle to remove any detergent residues from delicate fabrics – ideal where a member of the family has particularly sensitive skin.
Aqua plus
Aqua plus achieves the same benefit as Rinse plus of removing detergent residues but works within the normal wash and rinse cycle of the chosen programme and with all types of fabrics. If Aqua plus is selected, a higher water is used throughout the wash and rinse cycles. This feature is only available on model WFO 2867 only.
Variable spin selection
All wash programmes feature an automatic spin phase appropriate to the wash type. The Classixx variable spin selector with 4 settings allows you to reduce the spin speed for more delicate items and a “rinse and hold” option.
Reduced ironing on all models
This option is available on all models. It spins the laundry at intervals, gently timbling the load during the spinning cycle. At the end of the spin phase a gentle rotating action keeps laundry free and fluffy. The result is reduced creasing, easier ironing – and an easier day for you.

Sure Clean
3D AguaSpa wash system
A wash and shower system for optimum washing results. Water enteres the drum from three sides for quick and effective distribution. During the cycle specially designed paddles scoop up the water gently bathing the wash load, ensuring gentle washing and optimum usage of the water in the drum.
Cascade system
On Exxcel and Logixx models, a fourth dimension is added through the cascade system, where water enters the drum from above giving even faster water penetration. The cascade system is also activated during the rinse cycles for more thorough and effective rinsing.
LC display
All the Exxcel washing machines feature a large LC display showing you the wash progress via simple symbols, time remaining and the spin speed. The over dosage indivator takes the guess work out of detergent dosage; saving on detergent and water wastage which is better for you and the environment. There is also a child lock to stop little fingers from causing havoc.
Free Time
Time delay
This option allows you to programme your washing machine to start between 1 and 19 hours after you set it. So you can time your washing to be ready for when you get home and it won’t have been lying damp in the machine all day. It also allows you to make use of cheaper late-night electricity rates.
Easy Day
Mixed load programme
A fast wash for loads where mixed fabrics can be washed safely at 30 degrees in just 35 minutes. Capable of washing a load up to 3kg, it is ideal for loads that might be urgently required before a full load has been collected.
Reduced ironing option
This option spins the laundry at intervals, gently tumbling the load during the spinning cycle. At the end of the spin phase a gentle rotating action keeps laundry free and fluffy. The result is reduced creasing, easier ironing – and an easier day for you.
Fabricare programme
This is a gentle programme offering a low temperature wash that takes just 43 minutes. This is a gentle yet thorough wash, which has been developed especially for today’s ‘fashion fabrics’.

LOGIXX LAUNDRY SOLUTIONS

LC Display
The Logixx range really does speak your language. The liquid crystal display keeps you constantly updated on the progress of the wash. It lets you know which wash cycle you have chosen, when it’s adding detergent, where it is in the programme cycle, how musch time is remaining and even when to remove your washing.
New drum
The Logixx washing machines feature a revolutionary ‘ripple effect’ drum for more efficient water extraction, which saves on drying time ultimately makes your life that little bit easier.
9kg capacity
The new Logixx 9 has an extra big drum offering the flexibility to load from 1 – 9kg. With the largest porthole opening of any domestic washing machine it means you can wash big items such as rugs, blankets and duvets.
Pause option
We’ve all done it – left a sock on the stairs, then realised it’s too late because the wash cycle’s started. Or Perhaps you’ve put a red garment into a white wash by mistake, the problems solved. The pause option allows you to open the door early in the cycle to add or remove items.
Programme end time / Time delay
This option allows you to set the time you want your washing to be ready (in 30 minute segments), so that it doesn’t lie damp in the machine for hours. It can be programmed to start up to 24 hours after being set. To make things even easier the time remaining is displayed in real time.
Sure Clean
Sensor electronics
At ecery stage of the wash cycle sensors monitor and adjust performance. The revolutionary Hydrosensor 11 has two infra-red beams which monitor soiling during rinsing by assessing how cloudy the water is. Rinse length and number of rinses is then adjusted accordingly.
